Reports are an extremely useful feature of Fleet Watch’s GPS Telematics Solution. They allow you to easily view data from the device and can be downloaded in multiple formats. There are many customisable reports which can be created and we recommend contacting us if you would like a report made for you. Reports can also be set up to generate and be automatically emailed to you. To execute a report follow the steps outlined below.

Navigate to the ‘Reports’ tab in the main menu of the Fleet Watch Platform interface.

1. Select the report template.
2. Select the asset you would like to run the report for.
3. Select the interval. You can also use the buttons above ‘Today’, ‘Yesterday’, ‘Week’ and ‘Month’ which will preselect those periods, using these buttons will automatically run the report and you can skip step 4.
4. Select the interval period using the ‘From’ to begin the report date and the ‘To’ to end the report date.

Then click the ‘Execute’ button.

Reports can be printed or exported into HTML, PDF, XLSX, XML and CSV file formats.
